The money we had in the bank

The money we had in the bank was our pension fund, without it we face a tough retirement. NO NO NO to funding the persion fund.

Quite frankly, this is slap

Quite frankly, this is slap in the face to the KSFIoM depositors and should be strongly resisted. I couldn't give a damn about the pension fund. They should not be accepted as a creditor.

And what about all the

And what about all the depositors like me, who put their savings in the "safe" Derbyshire for future pension earning? Where is the justice in us paying for the bailout of the pension scheme of others, most of whom will no doubt still have their life saving tucked up safely in a reputable bank?

It is shocking that a liquidator who is supposed to act in the interest of maximising returns for the depositors seems to be acting in contradiction to this basic remit.

Just what is next? After being asked to pay for our (now discredited) farcical SOA shafting, and now to fund the pensions shortcomings of others, I tremble at who else is going to jump the queue ahead of us.

When we get 100% of our

When we get 100% of our monnies back then they can have what is left. Surely they cannot expect people that have only had an account for days/week to pay for their pension. They should sue the people that mismanaged it in the first place. Are they going to ask the people that got their cash out over the years to cotribute? I do not think so. The funds should have been taken every year, not now, so us few pay for all the years nothing was paid in?

Hope I am interpreting this correctly. If so it would seem another mess these IOM officials have allowed to happen and will expect us to pay for.

Banna raises a very important

Banna raises a very important point. For me the acceptance of this scheme as a creditor has always seemed dubious and extremely disturbing. Can we get legal advice on this (DST)?
