* Up to 50,000
This Group will consider the needs of small-sum depositors and publish their conclusions.
At the time of writing, it seems more than a third of us had up to 50,000, and half had less than 100,000 deposited with KSFIoM.
Let's be realistic!
The group is a little over a third of members here, yet represents perhaps just 5% of total funds (conclusion based on our own poll results.) Similarly, 15% of total funds is represented by the "Up to 100,000" group.
How to post
Use the Group menu on the left to Create a Group discussion. Do not make the post public unless it needs to be (e.g. for conclusions, summaries or questions that require general input.)
Again lets be clear -- we are a large number of people but a relatively small proportion in terms of total sum deposited. Let's be realistic please, we are not in a position to demand.

In case this gets lost somewhere I thought I'd start a new topic. Moderators could perhaps sticky this (if possible) and lock it.

Court hearing a success? What success would that be, like? Mebbe it was for some folks. Who am I to argue?
I had a telephone conversation yesterday with the solicitor who represents the IoM Treasury in the winding up petition, speaking only on my own behalf.
I think we all want to establish a more formal, coordinated and less divisive way of communicating with the committtee. Of course we all want our money back as quickly as possible ...
Polling for ideas to share for the next steps for the <50k group
1. do we agree with ng's questions ? are there others ?
2. do we want to have separate legal representation at the 29th Jan hearing

The way things appear to be moving recently makes me feel that we are soon going to be put in a very difficult position.
do we as the <50k group have a view on going ahead with liquidation or alternatives or don't we have enough reliable information to make that call ? any views ?
