Well done Barbara in Sri Lanka for your courage in speaking out so well on Manx Radio today. Yet another heart-rending story.

When oh when will the stony-hearted uncaring leaders in HMG sit up and take real notice of the hardship they are causing to so many honest hard-working non tax-dodging citizens? They don't even pretend to be concerned. Can they really enjoy their Christmas with a clear conscience?

For those who missed it, "listen again" to Mandate am (Monday 22 Dec) on http://www.manxradio.com/

Thank you Barbara, for stepping up and being a fantastic spokesperson for the DAG. You got across the main points and voiced the sense of frustration and hurt being felt by so many. Keep up that fighting spirit. Well done!

I've just listened, via Listen Again, to Mandate AM for Monday - couldn't get it live at the time, though I tried. Amazing, brilliant, what a sensational job Barbara did - so articulate, made so many good, really important, points, which are really important and valid for us all - that we're normal, hard-working, savers, NOT tax dodgers - and for we expats, we DO have to bank offshore - plus the terrible effects this debacle has had, and is having, on us - whoever is/was responsible for it, it wasn't us! Thank you, Barbara. Brilliant. Well Done!

Hear, hear. Barbara you did a really great job of presenting not only your own most difficult circumstances, but drove the point home for every other KSFIoM depositor as well! You came across so well, determined and indignant - and turned that tax dodger thing right around and flung back at them! Well done indeed!

well done....... we have been very honest with our kids ( 16 & 18) about all of this mess...1) christmas will be very different this year and 2) so they can learn from this and hopefully never find themselves in this situation....anyway, they opened a chrissy card early ( little sods!) and it contained 10 pounds each, as a dog loving family....they want to send this money onto your dogs...please let me know how i can do this for the kids......keep fighting...xx

I feel for you and your dogs Barbara! Well done for speaking out for the poor animals. I wonder if Darling or Brown are animal lovers and can feel what you and the dogs are going through.

Hi there
I rather think that Brown and Darling would have posh dogs not waifs and strays like I take care of. Most of them arrive with no hair, dreadful wounds and diseases. Maybe I should send some photos of them to Alistair and Co . !!.

Hi Barbara, Really well done

Hi Barbara,
Really well done for this interview which I have evntually got round to listening to. As KSF had a branch in manchester and you were originally from manchester i was wondering whether there are any people on the site who can suggest ways of getting this clip to radio manchester as no doubt there is a local interest. If you were an account holder no doubt there are many more manchester based people out there.
Keep going!
John
