It's clearly not wise to rely on receiving the voting forms in the mail.

I received an e-mail from MSimpson's office with the forms as attachments saying they had done this because their records show I do not receive mail overland (sic!). Needless to say, all other previous communications re KSFIOM, pre and post last October, were by airmail to me here in the UAE.

I had already decided they were not reliable enough to wait. I scanned & e-mailed and couriered the forms to Edwin Coe. E-mail acknowledgment received from them within 24 hours.

It's not a good idea to risk your vote by waiting for what might never happen.

Dear Wood,

I have had similar experience............... I received an e-mail from Liquidator 2 with the Voting forms and SoA details etc as attachments, saying they had done this because their records show I do not receive mail overland.

Like you, all other previous communications re KSFIOM, pre and post last October, [ EPS1 EPS2 Statements etc ] have managed to get through to me by airmail, here in East Africa.

Seems KSF IoM are saving postal charges..... in which case they should accept my Vote by e-mail so that I can do likewise!

At least now we all know why we have a second Liquidator Provisional.........he sends e-mails!!!

Kind regards,

Mike

Hi Mike
It's always good to find you're not completely alone when this kind of thing happens. What did they mean anyway, Pony Express?
Odd isn't it that we couldn't return our vote the same way. I'm not much taken with conspiracy theories, usually preferring sheer incompetence, but this time I really do think there is something not right here.
Let's hope enough of us have beaten the deadline regardless of what appears to be an effort to sabotage the vote.
Regards
Wood
