Voting confusion for Skandia Bond Holder

Ok, so I am very confused about the proxy vote and which class we are in.

We hold £56,000 in a joint (2 person) Bond account with Skandia.

Which class are we?

What is really the best solution for us ??

I am in support of all the work DAG has put in and donated money to the cause, so really do want to make sure we are voting in the best possible way.
