To All Members,

If you have sent your votes to Edwin Coe, by Fax or Email, then you MUST send your signed originals to them as well - these need to arrive at their offices NO LATER than 18th May 2009.

Who says mate?

Simpson says he will ask the DD to accept scanned votes in view of the postal delays experienced even in Europe.

I am one who has all the elements to vote by scan and print and e mail which I have done and posted the hard copy of the print out.

I do not think the hard copy will arrive by your stated deadline--it may arrive by 27th which is the LP's stated deadline.

I have not received any docs. in the post, so those who do not use the net or have no printing facilities have been disenfranchised

73.% of the voters on this site have not received documents, so it is reasonable to assume that a large number are still waiting for the postman.

If the voting is affected by this balls u p, then I for one will be vociferous in condemning the result.
This is not the end of the begnnining, it is the beginning of the end.

If IOMTrig this vote then Mugabe is not a syphilitic madman IMHO.

Please do not scare people--if they are prevented from voting, they have recourse

Hope I am not misinterpreting your post but I believe, when they say that signed originals must be forwarded in additional to an emailed version of the scanned signed form, they don't mean has to be the original green, red or blue form. As I understand, a signed copy of the downloaded form is okay but the form must bear your original inked signature. A copy (scanned, etc.) of your signature will not suffice in the final tally.

Agree with the above - also importantly thought cutoff date was mid-late 20's

"Thank you for your forms of voting. Please ensure that the original copy is posted to the Bank before May 27th" - from the horse's mouth, so to speak
