Transfer of Funds from KSM IoM to Kaufthing UK

I received an email message from Andrew Kermode of the IoM FSC on October 21st, 2008 stating that KSF IoM was a wholly owned subsiduary of Kaufthing hf via an IoM holding company, but that KSF had transferred a large sum of money to Kaufthing UK for whatever reason. I have now emailed Andrew Kermode back asking on whose authority the money was transferred, the reason for doing so, when the money was transferred and whether there were any assurances sought for the return of the money when it was needed. Lets see if I get a reply.
