Hi Folks,

My apologies to you all for the slight delay in posting my thoughts on the JLs April figures. I’m afraid I have had a busy week doing other things.

I have updated my Spreadsheets based on the JLs April figures and E&Y’s (KSFUK) April 2014 Progress Report and now posting my latest thoughts. I now think we have approx 2.274p/£ towards our hoped for payout by the JLs of 2p/£ at some point in 2014.

I do not think they will wait on E&Y (hoped for dividend in Q3/Q4 of 2014), but may wait on May/June figures before paying out a dividend. Another scenario might be the JLs waiting to see if the only loan outstanding, that is not in default (c£6m put back by the JLs last July until June this year), is paid on time in June/July. That would boost our next dividend, but who knows.

Again my thoughts are posted as an attachment to this cover note, to try and ensure that my numbering sequence etc is retained as set up.

As always take care,

And God Bless,

Gordon 45

Sorry folks,

Re the PG, I said our PG claim was now agreed at £85m. This is not correct - the PG claim has been revised and the £85m is the revised amount the JLs are currently claiming (and will probably be revised downwards again as more is recovered in the liquidation). It has NOT been agreed by K hf - and indeed cannot be until the rest of our liquidation is finished and the true shortfall is known.

Thank to Anrigaut for her help re this - my apologies for using slack wording.
