Site banner and logo

Here is a possible graphical banner for the site, the result of a Skype meeting tonight between myself and another member (who would prefer not to be identified.) It would be great to get a skilled graphic designer to perfect it, but it's not at all bad as it stands. If the logo part (the unhappy smiley) looks vaguely familiar, it should. If it doesn't, take a look at the Kaupthing logo and imagine it rotated 90 degrees anti-clockwise.

Thoughts?
