Really strong piece well done those who spoke. Now we need to keep the pressure on and get the same message going elsewhere. There were some great quotes from Moneybox making the story very much about real people and querying why the government is excluding IOM from its guarantees. We need to get a transcript of this and use these quotes widely. I will try to do this online.

The UK government has agreed to represent IOM in discussions with Iceland. That was confirmed.

Apparently, according to Radio 4 the UK have just announced that they will now represent the Isle of Man in all discussions with Iceland. Surely this is a good thing, even only if they are recognising the plight...

"will now" represent IOM! This is there constitutional obligation either they haven't been asked or they have failed in their constitutional duty. In the event of failing to get a satisfactory solution this may be grounds for judicial review/challenge of Gov't actions.
