I think if we do a petition to seek to have the sealed file opened up it is IMPERATIVE our correct and full names are put on it. In my view it will be thrown out instantly if the names used on this site are used in a petition to the court. The judge will view it as being contemptous.

This question of the sealed papers has been bugging me for weeks now. It's the one vital missing piece of the jigsaw.Unfortunatelty the topic seems to have become spread over several different forums.I've been looking this morning for the forum on which it was being disussed a couple of days ago.Can you direct me to that forum. I assume it's this one but where exactly is it to be found? .."The Administration Order for KSFUK - including the order sealing the court file"

You can find the PDF Court Order file here;
http://www.ksfiomdepositors.org/node/1215

Put order sealing the court file into the search box
(top left of page) to find references to the subject
in the Forum.... hope this helps !

I believe it would be beneficial to request Justice Floyd to make accessible the Court File (ie grounds for Administration Order) for VICTIMS (ie Depositors) to view.
I promote this as:
- It is easy to get on-line petition via this site
- It could kindle massive media interest
- We would be portrayed as VICTIMS of bureaucratic secrecy
- It could reveal UK Government's information, which may assist us
- It is difficult for a fair Judge to resist (as it place us (000's ?) of petitioners at a disadvantage (when we are the victims)
- We could do it as almost an inexpensive home-made petition to Justice Floyd in Chambers
- If refused it could be appealed as prejudicial to our claim for open, fair & just treatmennt
What do you all think ???????

I think that a challenge to the sealing of the court documents for putting KSF UK into administration has merit for the reasons you describe. It is another front on which to fight, and I think this battle can only be won by pursuing multiple lines of attack. A couple of additional thoughts. Personally I would like to see one of our campaigns get traction beyond the 1,400 or so members of this Action Group and this might be one which would receive broader support. Secondly, I would like to hear from someone with knowledge of the process what the legal options are for mounting a challenge to this 'unprecedented' sealing of the papers. We may be able to do something there without breaking the bank (pardon the expression).
