Hi Folks,

I have been sending lists of questions to the JLs throughout Dec 2010, Jan and March 2011. I have modified list of questions as monthly reports, COI minutes and '6 Monthly report' came through by taking off and adding questions. My timing to the JLs has on occasions been poor as they have been involved in paying out dividends etc and I accept that. But they have informed me of why there was delays in replying and I accept that fully.

Some of the questions that are shown on the attachment predate the new 10 largest loans and relate to the original 10. But I felt it was important to include them and apologise If I confuse you by doing this.

I think the info given by the JLs is significant for us all at this stage in the Liquidation and hope that most of you feel the same - some may not and that is their prerogative of course.

I will now start a new list of questions as things develop and monthly and other reports come through, including the E&Y (KSFUK) 6 monthly report due end date 7.4.2011 and hopefully out early May - around the 7th?

Just hope you find the info useful as this Liquidation heads towards the 80% (Dec 2011) and 90% mark by, I think Dec 2012.

As always,

Take Care and God Bless,

Gordon 45

Thanks again Gordon for your continued work in explaining things for us in a precise, concise manner. Always very much appreciated. As is all the interpretation of facts and intelligent figure work Ice continues to do for us.

Gordon, first of all thanks as ever for your devotion and hard work.

News to me but perhaps not others; the JLs response indicates that Mr Doherty is no longer employed at the bank.

Exptvt, I called the bank a couple of months ago in order to speak to Doherty. I was assured by an employeee that he had left the bank at the end of 2010.

It seems that Doherty has joined the Dolberg Group as COO

http://www.dolberg-group.com/group/management.html

It beggars belief that he was able to get this position after being involved in the bankruptcy of his former employer!!

I just clicked on "read more" for his little resume. No mention of the "Kaupthing" word.
I'm sure the omission wasn't intentional.

On checking Aidan's resume again earlier today, I noticed that the "Kaupthing" word has now been conveniently inserted! He has also moved up to position three!

Bank of Ireland isn't doing too well. Wonder who he worked for in the Caymans (another zone of financial rectitude).
Actually looking at the profiles of the rest of his new company I think he was shoe-in.

.... and if you carefully read the 'legacy'page it seems that despite all the grand German ancestry and 850 years of tracable family history, the company (as Turnstone) has been around for ~10 years [almost a century since 1907] and the brother founders are more than likely South African or Mauritian.

Reminds me of a North European Bank that was extremely opaque on its Icelandic connections.

Disinformation by ommision is seemingly par for the course in the offshore banking world.
