The JLs have issued the June 2010 Cash and Loan book summaries on their website and have made a very brief statement.

I have reviewed their Loan Book position and updated my rundown table which is attached.

Summarising, the June 2010 position is:

1.) There was a total rundown of £2.77m in June.
2.) The foreign exchange benefit reduced by a further £1,500,00 down to £14,200,000
3.) Correcting for set-off and write-off (which apparently remains at £13.5m) then the overall benefit has dropped to just £700,000 now.
4. The total repaid in June allowing for the correction in forex comes to just £3.5m - this compares with a corrected figure of £8.2m in May 2010.

Loan book repayments are a little irregular when looked at monthly, but follow a fairly logarithmic pattern over time (see charts in attachment) if this continues, then monies should continue to be steadily repaid.

These are my own interpretations; tables; and charts, and are not intended for reference in any official capacity.

I would like to know if this claim if upheld to whom will the funds be credited too?

Who are the signatories to the 'DAG' set up?

As a contributor to the legal fund from early on I do not wish to have to in effect pay again from funds that should be distributed to the creditors.

If this claim is upheld will all those who contributed be repaid?

Would some member of the DST care to shed some light on this matter?

Should the claim be upheld and paid out b the liquidators who will receive the money?

Why are we still waiting for the "full" in depth report we are supposed to receive every 6 months from our liquidator (some 8 months since the last one). Presumably this will have been reviewed at the COI meeting 2 weeks ago - what is going on please? Once again it shows how much better E&Y seem to handle the KSFUK administration compared to PWC.

Overdue report...

I think we can be assured of one thing from this overdue report - there will no acceptance of responsibility from the JLs for the loss of depositor's money in the 'repo loan rip-off'.

Thanks

Thanks Ice,
Every bit of interpreted information helps. Your efforts and those of Gordon are greatly appreciated.
