Since I don't see one in this list does that mean DAG did not submit a memo to the TSC?

Were we offerred the chance?

Do we still have time prior to the conclusion of these banking crisis hearings?

In answer to the questions:

No we did not submit a memo to the TSC.

We were only given our instructions from the TSC on 21/1 which was tecnically after the deadline for submissions however we could still probably have got a written document in if we had chosen to. I decided not to. Certain MPs on the pannel had been specifically briefed in advanced as to our position and knew where our gripes (with regards the UK) lay. That is the resaon some of the questions that turned up on Tuesday.

My understanding is that the London team together with the legal experts are drafting a series of follow up comments/questions that will be sent to the TSC in preparation for their questioning of the FSA (which appears to be taking place on 25 Feb). Should it transpire that the UK treasury is also to be present then questions/comments appropriate to them will also be submitted.

hope this helps

Thank you Diver this answers my question.

Whilst I appreciate any submission can not be written by committee, since it will become a public document, can a draft be posted on the site prior to submission for comments?
