Hawkpoint Partners (UK firm) have been appointed as Iceland's negotiators in respect of all three failed banks toward a final settlement of claims.

Could this be important for money returns from KSF (UK)? Or even perhaps, the guarantee?

The Minister for the Crown Dependencies.

Suggest we all email him to insist that this needs his attention ( & at same time remind him that IOM exists!).

Only problem is that if his performance at the reviews is anything to go by he will be completely incapable of achieving anything - even so he deserves a hounding.

I think UK will overlook IOM

Judging from past performance the UK government will probably negotiate the best settlement for the mainland and conveniently overlook the IOM's claims

Such a cynic Klause, HMG & labour party, has always taken care of our best interest's, there's no reason it will not do so now,

The way's in which HMG and New Lab have looked after our welfare,

Alistair - decided Iceland could no longer run a bank - therefore the HM treasury should have them and everythng within

Gordy - he only wanted all UK savers to be equal -- just some more equal than others

Tax returns - Gordy & AD - neglected to ascertain our tax status, so removed all our savings to help out those more equal

Noise abatement - In response to our unwarranted outcries, HMG maintained a deathly silence, to keep a healthy balance

Lies & spin - we are such an unruly mob, HMG must chastise the wayward child and bleat repeatedly - It's not our fault or problem

spiritual - HMG givith (by not taxing 99p in the £) - then taketh away 100%

So just why do you think they will overlook our plight in the future.
