How when and why KSF IoM funds were transferred to the Kaufthing Bank in the UK

In response to my questions to the IoM FSC regarding the above transfer of funds I received the following message back from Andrew Kermode:
Quote " At the present time we are not in a position to answer specific questions on a specific bank including KSF IoM unless such information is in the public domain". This statement suggests to me that the IoM FSC is as guilty as sin and are trying to protect their butts.
