Does anyone know the outcome of the Habana case? I have only heard of this very recently and cannot find any information about it on the Internet.

My understanding is that it could have huge implications for those of us with 'in flight' transfers. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Have a look at the recent posts on this subject ; the Habana judgement hasn't been handed down yet, at least it hadn't at the end of last week.
