HABANA HEARING TODAY - 30 APR

As some may be aware a Habana are pursuing a claim against KSF IoM. That hearing was scheduled for today and tomorrow.

Having contacted the IoM court they confirmed that the hearing ended early and that the Deemster will be submitting the judgement in writing ‘in due course’.

Does anyone have any more info on today’s proceedings?

Thanks cande for contacting IOM court about the Habana action,I have no additional info but we need to keep our ear to the ground.
Mike Simpson has stated he will comply with the court ruling.
