Hector Sants, the FSA CEO is resigning in the summer. Apparently, his resignation has come as a complete surprise!

I for one am absolutely amazed that the FSA have not been held to account for their part in the KSFIoM debacle.

I really wonder what DAG/DST are really doing. Surely, there are legal proceedings that can be taken both against the IoM FSC and the FSA?

Or are we expected to be grateful that we have to wait several years before we get more of our money back?

I'll end this topic with the following comment by Lord Myners, City Minister who said, " Hector Sants has been at the centre of the UK's efforts to confront the global financial crisis over the last two and a half years. Over that time no depositor with a UK bank has lost any of their savings and our interventions have emerged as models for other nations to follow - Hector can be proud of the part he played in these achievements"

Note that mention was only made of UK banks, not the disaster which befell KSFIoM which the FSA must be held partly responsible for.

Why should the FSA Wriggle out of this one they failed to do their job..

People who are resigning are doing this for a reason!

I call it incompetence and a Lack of Intergrity..

They have no Crown Imunity SO let the Bastards have it they should be held accountable for this unpresidented MESS.

Or Government mismanagement more like! why is it the public are always the ones to lose out through lies and incredibly stupid actions!

Too much medaling and corruption,

Can we sue a company such as this if not why Not?

"Inquiry" in one word me thinks!
