Hi, one thing that worries me, and I surmise many many other depositors is that we shall not be around when/if we get our money back. We scrimped and saved so we would have a nest egg if things went wrong.
The thought that my wife may be destitute if anything happens to me fills me with a terrible dread.
We can not weaken, we must help and support the core team as best we can/
We can not let these basterds steal our money.
Sorry for the rant.

Yes, you're not alone in being fearful, and feeling that your security, and quality of life, have been ripped from you, and the anxiety of it all is certainly not going to add years to our lives - however old any of us are. It is all very, very wrong. Yes, I agree, we must not weaken, we must continue to act, we must help and support the core team, and one another - and I truly believe that while this is going on, we should try to stay hopeful, and look after ourselves as best we can.

Dont worry barry, we indeed have a great core team and good overcomes evil in the end .Diver and his team are on to it , you can support the core team and write letters to your mp, keep dialogue going, . If you are abroad write to your ambassador, a newsaper . Also to the IOM govt they know we are not going away.... please dont be scared we are one big extended family in this

As ever, good comments and advice from Hippiechickrobbed. The stories on the official web site (one of which is ours) remid us all that you are not alone. As HCR says, make yourself feel better by emailing and maintaining pressure. Politicians are moved only by numbers of emails received - that is what determines an 'issue' to them. Unfortunately they are not interested in right or wrong - otherwise we would have had our deposits guaranteed by the end of October 2008.
