DAG Team -Please call BBC Newsline

I called the BBC Newsline unit that reports on the IOM to see if I could get them to report on the KSF IOM Depositors plight in light of the recent news that Darling had agreed to release funds frozen in KSF UK to Dave Whelan, and also Gordon Brown´s famous but ignored quote "as a matter of policy all governments should vouchsafe the savings & deposits in the banks in their jurisdiction."

I spoke with Claire Purdey, reporter on late shift, who seemed genuinely interested. They have done some reporting on the issue but she does not think they have had contact with the DAG. I gave her the DAG web address. She suggested that somebody contact them to go through Depositors issues - she suggested talking wit Marhk Macgregor tomorrow am (or if not available another duty reporter).
