Has anyone been formally informed in a letter from KSF, or anyone else, of the precarious (or hopefully otherwise) position of their savings? There must be may people who do not have access to the internet who are possibly sitting in blissful ignorance of all tht is going on. There is not much of consequense that has appeared in the Press about KSFIOM depositors.

I have also only just received the letter and statement and one of my accounts (a KSF bond) is also missing. What the bloody hell is Simpson playing at, employing 35 people to run a non-existent bank and they still can't keep proper records?
I'd advise you not to return the data form until you have statements you can agree with - for a start, without a statement you can't declare the correct figures.
