Don't know full details yet but seems Christie's Hospital Manchester is to receive 6 million in compo from our friends at HMG for cash lost in Icelandic bank crisis. Although no one could argue this is a not a good cause it seems like it's still one rule for one and no rules for us! Can we make use of this to our advantage?

This is being done in a rather underhand way and we should not be surprised at that. It is being announced as an NHS grant to the hospital and no doubt being taken out of some other NHS budget.
