CALLING ANY AUSTRALIANS WITH SUPERANNUATION MONIES IN KSFIOM

We need to make sure IOM MPs are 'on our case'! All Australian SMSF depositors should email/write to IOM MPs to make sure they understand that Australian SMSFs represent INDIVIDUALS' savings. this will be critical if the Depositors' Compensation Scheme is activated as, under current legislation, corporate depositors only stand to recover Stg 20,000, compared to Stg50,000 for individuals.

Obviously, it would be better for all of us if the bank was not liquidated (and the DCS not triggered) as we all then stand recover more.

Aussie depositor, but no super funds at KSFIOM

An Aussie KSFIOM depositor, my funds were in Edge and MMCA accounts - no super funds. The goal remains 100% returned to ALL depositors, including those owed super funds, insurance bond wrapper funds, and company accounts.

Would anyone with a Derbyshire/KSFIoM Pension Fund Account in the name of their Aussie SMSF please drop me an email via this site. So far we know of two members - as Noodle 2 says, it would be good as a subgroup to co-ordinate our efforts to be recognised as individual investors.
