The KSF(IoM) case was briefly mentioned on today's Moneybox programme on BBC Radio 4 but the actual interview with John Spellman, Director of the Financial Services Division of the Treasury, Isle of Man Government, is on the website:

It adds no new knowledge about the SoA but shows the IoM government commitment to the scheme as the solution rather than the DCS.
