Bank Licences/Compensation

A friend sent this particular web page for my information. I was confused when I read it, as both KSF (presumably UK) and Singer & Friedlander (IOM) Ltd (note: not KSF?) are both licensed by Kaupthing Bank hf. The heading for the section is "Banking Compensation"
