  • just IOM depositors?
  • IOM + UK depositors?
  • anyone else?

Seems like a deliberate strategy to counteract the 10th May date for returning proxy votes.

Forms have NOT been received here in Chicago! James @ FSFIOM phone support claims they were sent 2 weeks ago. Normal post from UK or IOM is 2-3 days! Hmmmmmmm!

As of Sunday, May 10th, no voting forms have arrived here in Tokyo.

Call me a cynic, but is the IOMG doing this on purpose? (and yes, we know you are reading this, so you've been rumbled.

I haven't received the forms yet in Hong Kong. This can not be a postal delay. I wish IOM is more open, people are losing their confidence
in their action. Till this day I was debating. I want to get along with my life, it is frustarting.

I live in the U.A.E. and still have not received my voting papers. However, I printed off the relevant proxy and faxed it to the DAG lawyers, sending the original by post. I wonder how many depositors were waiting for the papers to come through the post and have now lost the opportinity of voting.
Perhaps this is another IoM ploy?

I live abroad and still haven't received my voting papers either so I downloaded them, signed my vote to the DAG lawyers, faxed and posted them. Hope the majority did the same!

The timescale proposed for voting was always a non starter for far flung---banks etc. accept scanned documents----why not IOMT?

Courts accept faxed affidavits I believe.

If there is an issue with posted forms being late, then we can use the precedent demonstrated several times by the IOMG/T and deliver them late!--with damn good reason!

I am sure DAG can put forward a good case for this action---limited resources etc.
Clearly the IOMT with all their staff can't do it in good time so that would be perfectly reasonable IMHO.

FRANCE no voting forms yet. Where do we stand if a large percentage of voting papers were never received in time to be returned? Can the result be annuled if skulduggery is suspected?

I think it can be annulled due to incompetence.

Bellyup ----Do you mean the plain paper copies or the coloured ones?

Will they argue about the colour also?

I still have no post---10th May here already.

What a farce.

It beggers all belief!
After a public holiday yesterday here in far-flung France, lots of post today - but STILL NOTHING from KSF.

Has ANY Class 2 depositor outside (or even within) IOM and/or UK actually received their voting forms?

(Be reassured, mine have been downloaded and sent a week since.)

We live in Saudi. We have several accounts with KSF mainly in my name but only one joint which had under 50K. My wife got her Class 1 forms on Wednesday, but I did not (I am a Class 2!). Draw your own conclusions.
In any case we did not wait for the documents and downloaded sent our proxies.

I live in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Normally, airmail takes one week from Europe to here. However, to date I have not received a single piece of paper, and believe the IOMG is doing this purposely.

Go to this site (see below) and download the appropriate form. All the instructions are also there. You may have to send your completed form by express post if you are to get it there by May 15th deadline.

I tried to answer you on your posting but was denied access.

I don't have a printer. It bust and I can't afford to replace it.
If they haven't made efforts to get the voting forms to people for them to reply in time, then the Scheme cannot be legally passed, I'd have thought.

Strange that you were denied access to my thread. I also was denied access to it.

Thanks for your advise 'Undone'! At this late moment this is the only sensible thing to do, and I'll go ahead and do it.
