Update 27 April: Due to a technical problem, the files linked to below were unfortunately inaccessible for the last two days (only discovered last night). The problem has now been corrected.

In response to the question "who exactly is proposing a loan trust to the IOM?" posted by Bellyup as a News item (and thus not allowing comments), it seems a little clarification is in order.

It appears that what I had understood to be the final batch of rejections of the individual claims made under the PG was not, and that some claims are still being considered (and rejected) by the Khf

A third and final 'batch' of individual claims under the PG was rejected in September.
