Loan Trust proposal - call for support

As announced elsewhere, our proposal for the creation of a joint UK/IOM government sponsored loan trust to allow us to draw down 100% of our outstanding funds was delivered to the IOM and UK Treasury Ministers on 7th April. To push this initiative forward and optimise our chances of success, we need as much support as possible. Details of how you can help have been mailed out this week to all members on the mailing lists of both DST and PPDG.
