DST Update: Proof of Debt

DEPOSITORS' PROOF OF DEBT

Depositors may have received, or may soon receive, a letter from PwC in which they claim that you have not filed your Proof of Debt with KSFIOM, and informing you that you have until 12 August to do so - despite, in some cases that have been reported to us, having filed the Proof of Debt some time ago.

The statement that PwC have not received your Proof of Debt is not necessarily a cause for alarm. PwC have sent these letters out as they also contain the statutory notice of payment of the first dividend (which would therefore be 27 August), and they tell us they had not had the opportunity to go through all the Proofs of Debt received at the time this letter was put together.
